Ticketing and Reservations

 

Reservations can be made by telephone or online.  Payment is required in full at the time of booking. 

 

All tickets are sold for a specific date and time. Reservations may be cancelled or changed, with no penalty, up to 48 hours in advance of the tour. After this time, there are no refunds or exchanges. 

  

All people in your party must check-in 15 minutes prior to your tour time. We cannot hold a tour for guests running late.

 

We do not validate parking and we are not responsible for your parking expenses under any circumstances.

 

We do not offer AAA, student, or senior discounts.

Seating

 

Seats are not assigned on the vehicle; seating is first-come, first-serve. No group or individual has priority seating. We cannot guarantee that your party will sit together, though you may line up prior to boarding time to try to obtain seats in the same general location.

 

Procedures for wheelchair boarding: If someone in your group is in a wheelchair, the person in a wheelchair will board the vehicle first along with one representative from your group.  All other riders in your group will board in the order that they are in line. We cannot promise that your party will sit together, though you may line up prior to boarding time to try to obtain seats in the same general location.

 

 

Tours

 

The tour is approximately 90 minutes long.

 

The exact route changes frequently due to events happening in and around Pittsburgh.  Molly’s Trolleys Pittsburgh reserves the right to change, delay or cancel a tour due to events, construction or issues in Pittsburgh.

 

 

Wheelchair Accessibility

 

Vehicles can accommodate two wheelchairs on board at a time. Reservations must be made in advance if someone in your party is in a wheelchair or will need lifted into the vehicle.

 

Wheelchair access is limited and reservations are required at least 48 hours in advance. Please call our ticketing office at 412-391-7433 to make reservations.
